About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operations Manager to oversee our equipment operations, coordinate teams and ensure reliable service delivery to our customers and project partners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily equipment operations and deployment.
Coordinate equipment availability and scheduling.
Supervise operations teams and field activities.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
Monitor operational performance and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
3+ years of experience in equipment or operations management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in construction or equipment rental is an advantage.
